Hi again,
Last of the challenge catch up (for now)! Here is my interpreretation of CAS(E) Challenge #126, June 4. I had my Grandpa in mind for this card. This time I went a little outside the box with the proposed image (since I needed a more masculine birthday card). I inked up an outline balloon stamp in pigment ink from Penny Black, then I colored in the images with colored pencils and smoothed them out with gamsol. I popped up the center file with fun foam and the sentiment is flat. I thought the lower right hand side was a little plain so I lightly blended out an orange/red to balance the balloons. I also applied a similar color blend to boarder the sentiment panel and on the actual sentiment piece. Thanks for stopping by!
