Hello Everyone
A first of a few upcoming blog posts to catch you up on the projects I have been doing this month. Here is a gift card envelope I made using Neenah Solar colored paper (65lb) The sentiment is a Recollection stamp. Ink is Momento Tuxedo black. The envelope die I used is by Tim Holtz "Alterations Movers and Shapers L die". It is a perfect size to fit a gift card. I used double sided tear-able tape to secure the envelope flaps together. I thought dressing up the outside of the envelope with the birthday stamp way a nice way to present the gift card.. Just an FYI on this die: this is a bigger die and does not take 6x6 paper evenly. Thanks for stamping by! Hello everyone I have a quick share of gift wrapping i did. The first is kraft wrapped gifts. I like kraft paper because you can dress it up with stamps or washi, or leave it plain like I did. I added jute to keep the gifts together and a little texture. The second group of gifts were wrapped in pages from my harry potter coloring book. I colored the images with prismacolor watercolor colored pencils. I decided to not use any gamsol or waterbrush to smooth out. I added a small banner flag with to/from for some personalization. I ink blended the banners in momemton ink rhubarb stalk and craft smart brown. Hello everyone |
