Hello again everyone! Last item to share for the moment. I used this DCWV create a card set from my recent Michael's haul by coloring them with my Prisma Watercolor Pencils. I thought about using my gamsol on this, but through to leave them as they were. I only did half of the panels provided and they came together quickly! I think these would also look nice colored with Copics markers, Tombow markers or even Zig Clean Clear markers Although with the markers, there will more than likely bleed through, so you might need an additional panel to camouflage. I also want to try out water coloring these (even though the paper is not watercolor paper), I think if you keep things on the drier side, should be okay, will see how that experiment goes! Only critique is that you will need to slightly trim the pattern image. There was just a very minimal (but noticeable) overhang. Other options for using these panels is to put them full frontal on a card base of your own so the full image is shown. Each of the pre-cut card bases have a die cut panel to pop out. I want to reuse those die cuts with some of my other stamps and build them into other holiday cards. Looking forward to getting started on more holiday cards and other crafty projects to share with you. Also, some exciting crafty news to share very soon! Thanks for stamping by! Comments are closed.
